I agree with all of this except the bit about a human responding.
A month ago, I raised two support tickets, attached logs, received the AI response and then responded to say that the AI response was not related to my request. Instead of receiving a human response, I noticed today that both have been closed.
It's pathetic, quite frankly, and it's ruining my relationship with Evernote, which had been pretty good. I pay an ever-increasingly large amount for my account, which I am okay with as I get a lot of use out of it. However, I do expect my support requests to be taken seriously and not summarily closed without any response or reason why.
While posting this has been cathartic it hasn't actually sorted my issues, one of which has been a problem for a very long time.
4025559 - When clicking a link in a note the note gets edited rather than opening the link
and
3987500 - Search is not working - not returning correct results
The first I have already talked about on the chat and I am now beginning to think that it might be a new feature that I hate rather than a bug! The second is a long standing issue where complex searches such as "notebook:"When Did I Last? (WDIL)" tag:Ticket" returns different results on desktop to mobile.
The first is a daily irritation and the second I have learned to live without on mobile. Either way I'd like to have some sort of response rather than the tickets just being closed without response.
I like the technical term: "AI support bot thingy"... :D
Looking at a marketing genius 😂

Rant over.
Whats the issue and give me a ticket number and I'll see.
Ta, there are two:

Let me know if you hear anything.
