I suppose IF you created a Note and made it into a Task, you could copy the link for that Note and paste it into a Table...?

Yes. Note links fit nicely into tables and if you have them in preview mode you can shrink the table cell to the size you want and it displays a thumbnail image as well.

I love the new Sharing button but could use some clarification:

1) What is the default access when using the link button the right of the word share?

2) After playing around with it a bit, it seems that if using Restricted Access, the recipient needs to have an Evernote account. This also seems to be the case for Anyone with the Link can View. Logically that doesnt make sense - am I missing something?

3) The only one that allows anyone access is "anyone with the link can edit", which is obviously not optimal.

I wonder if this is a bug as it seems that both "Anyone" choices should be accessible without an Evernote account. Also, should be able to choose the default access when clicking on the Link, although now seems to be limited to "restricted".

Thanks!

Agree. Its a bit confusing. It looks like the public share link is the same as the note link so you need to set permissions. The bi-monthly call is tomorrow so I'm going to ask the questions and write something about it for Friday.
