2+8 tasks - IIRC comes from Carl Pullein's method of have 2 'absolutely must' do, and 8 smaller may by do if you have spare time, and he offers a weekly planning session - to allocate most of the week's main tasks. So You Tube and blogs from Carl are worth the time - and he is a fan of Evernote on the Mac/iOS - although that I see as a flaw. : )))))
Yes, love the stuff Carl puts out. Will have to get him on the podcast sometime. Here's the link to the episode with Mellisa where she talks about how in the early 1900s they worked out we could only remember 7 (+/- 2) things at a time... Windows here 😂
