I really hope the files update comes with an ability to generate a share link to a particular file. Often I have multiple files uploaded to a note, and it is not helpful to share a link to the note, so I end up downloading the document and emailing it.
I like that idea. I've sometimes created a separate "sharing" note that doesn't have the stuff I don't want on there. Just sharing a file would be useful. I know the whole sharing environment is being thought about so I expect that to get a rework at some point... much needed.
You can’t collapse anything inside a table (or use the new / command). I use tables for project templates ,etc. Hopefully that support will eventually be added!
Not heard but I can't imagine why not. I know there was talk some time ago about getting tasks working inside tables so I think this would be thought about.
Can you explain a bit more what you mean by sharing comments? You should be able to share a note. If the / command isn't working properly try a log out and back in again or a reboot as it sometimes resets things.
Look please at the help menu option called "Share a comment". Now links to a blank address.
Regarding the / command, it is amazing because I just updated to version 10.80.3-win and it is not there anymore. So now typing the / you just get the symbol. I look to the shortcuts list and I can't find it.
Agile development with poor testing, anyway some process to improve!
After installing the updated version Evernote stopped and restarted automatically but until I shutdown the background Evernote task and restart I can not use the / command. As you recommended me before I reboot or/and logout was necessary.
The File Manager makes absolute sense to me. It's making use of a resource that already exists and showing it in a different but still useful manner. I look forward to giving it a spin if and when it arrives.

Now it is not possible to write comments in Evernote anymore because "Sharing Comments" was disabled.
The backslash / command text: Press "/" for insert an element, if you move cursor down jumps to the middle of next line of text.

I see that the precise name in English is "Share feedback" in help menu.

I've noticed this a few times. The / commands didn't work for me even after a log out and back in but a reboot did work. Glad its working.
