Love, love, love this article! The emoji guide was exactly what I was looking for and bookmarked it for easy reference. It saved me so much time when taking notes. I could've easily spent hours creating my own list only to end up never finishing it, especially if you have ADHD like me. Thank you! š š
Legacy Evernote had notebook and tag styles. I could set the font, bold, and add color to the notebook name. Looked way more professional that emojis. Sure wish they would bring that back instead.
Great content Jon! Thank you for sharing. I recently started to use emojiās as well. For me
Colored circles makes a lot of sense to separate different areas/projects. For example all my work project notes have blue šµ ball/circle. Personal is green and self employed work (fitness instructor) is purple. As these are just a few, I use this to also quick search notes and even tasks that reside in a certain stack or note. I like your ideas and will look to incorporate where it makes sense for me. Thanks for sharing! šš». Michael
Thanks Michael. I like the idea of different coloured balls to signify work and personal. Emoji search is a good idea. Going to start marking a few notes like that.

It wouldn't surprise me if that feature comes back at some point. I quite liked the colour coded notebooks.
